Adam has been training in many sport clubs and have experienced many training strategies. His coaching is based on personal experience and he will never ask you do something he hasn’t tried on himself. His latest achievement was on the British Judo championship where he took the gold medal among vast international competition.  His focus of interest is on weight management, endurance training and sports nutrition.
